Do you think this could be you? To pursue our ambitious growth strategy, we are looking for a Technical Team Lead – Microsoft Dynamics NAV. In this position, you will join our inhouse Navision development team, work closely with the ERP Product Owner in multiple business areas and further develop our MS Dynamics NAV system. You will technically lead the Navision solution design and oversee all connections and integrations with external systems.
Twoje zadania
- 1 Establishing and executing a technological vision in collaboration with your team, business stakeholders and the CTO
- 2 Defining state-of-the-art technical solutions for Navision and integration projects within the company’s technological landscape and ensure an in time, budget and scope delivery with your team
- 3 Optimizing existing Navision implementations and interfaces to keep the system maintainable
- 4 Performing analytical tasks in support of IT and infrastructure
- 5 Breaking down complex tasks to smaller pieces and distribute it across the team
- 6 Verifying the outcome of those tasks, organizing code reviews
- 7 Scheduling estimation, planning and daily meetings to track progress, issues, plans
- 8 Coaching the developers on topics they need more knowledge on
Co jest dla nas ważne
- Functional knowledge of NAV/BC within areas of Sales, Purchases and Finance
- At least 5 years of experience in NAV 2016/2017/2018
- At least 5 years of experience in C/AL and AL programming languages
- At least basic knowledge of MS SQL Server
- At least 2 years of experience in technical people leadership
- Proven experience of requirements management
