Sr Analytical Consultant / Analytical Consultant profile
Twoje zadania
- 1 Work in leading organizations on the Polish market in the financial, insurance, telecommunications and retail sectors
- 2 Business solutions concept development with applied analytics and data driven products
- 3 Creating and addressing customers business requirements
- 4 Play a leading role in the analytical phase of projects
- 5 Implementation of the analytical process in organizations
- 6 Participation in IT systems sales support projects (including analytical and operational CRM, fraud detection, risk, supply chain) based on SAS solutions
- 7 Cooperation with a team of consultants as part of ongoing pre-sales projects
- 8 Development of assumptions, use cases, functional specification of the implemented solutions
- 9 Conducting workshops, presentations and business demonstrations
- 10 Identification of business benefits for the implemented business scenarios
- 11 Construction of analytical models and model production
- 12 Ensuring high quality of manufactured products
Co jest dla nas ważne
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in IT projects / CRM departments / preparing analyzes / dealing with fraud detection / supply chain optimization
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the leading role of a business designer of analytical systems (e.g. creating / using analytical models)
- Higher education, preferred quantitative methods, econometrics, mathematics, statistics or related, IT
- Knowledge and skills regarding issues related to data analysis and creating analytical models (statistical / data mining / machine learning / data science) / building marketing campaigns / detecting fraud (networks of connections)
- Experience in gathering requirements, creating specifications for IT systems
- SAS knowledge (in particular 4GL, Enterprise Miner, Enterprise Guide, Viya), SQL, R, Python is welcome
- High level of communication, presentation and coaching skills
