Euroflorist Analyst role should be responsible for ensuring internal client requirements are fully understood and specified in a manner that will enable full understanding from development team. Should be able to coordinate and establish requirements by outlining the functionality of the system.
Twoje zadania
- 1 Gather business and system requirements from internal client
- 2 Assist internal client and other stakeholders to define requirements and suggest ideas
- 3 Create Business Requirement Spec, System Requirement Spec (SRS), Use-Case list and Use-Case details, User Stories and wire frame for complex Use-Cases
- 4 Transfer knowledge to development team
- 5 Work with UI for UI design and screen mock up
- 6 Assist Project Manager and Product Owner/Product Manager on project scope, estimation and planning
- 7 Assist Project Manager and Product Owner/Product Manager on requirement sign off process and project change requests
- 8 Facilitate communication among internal team members
- 9 Act as the bridge between stakeholders and development team to clarify requirement with development team in both business and system analysis view
- 10 Work with QA Team to verify that all requirements of the system are fulfilled by the implementation in the traceability manner among requirements and implementation
- 11 Support QA team in UAT scenarios preparation
- 12 Support UAT in testing, verifying bugs/issues with client
- 13 Assist Solution Architect on analysis phase
- 14 Analyse and reverse engineer the existing system to describe it in the requirement specifications that can be understood by internal client and other stakeholders
- 15 International travel – approximately 20% of time
Co jest dla nas ważne
- Bachelor degree preferably in Computer Science or Business Information System
- Excellent communication skills in English (C1 at minimum)
- Basic experience in programming languages
- Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill
- Have a proactive attitude
Docenimy
- 3 years of working experience of which 2 years in analysing requirements
- Basic knowledge on database such as database schema and simple SQL query
- Knowledge of testing approaches and techniques
- General understanding and experience of business processes as well as an interest to understand a broad range of business models and needs
- Specific business domain knowledge - e-commerce, delivery services, fulfilment, finance
- Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies knowledge
