- 1 Deploying and running the SAS Viya production system
- 2 Monitoring of the entire application technology stack
- 3 Specifying/Testing/Executing deployment and roll-back scripts
- 4 Configuring/Implementing Monitoring Tooling to enable 24/7 Event Alerts
- 5 Full scope of the Performance and Operational Acceptance Tests (HA and DR included)
- 6 Making improvements in line with reliability targets
- 7 Supporting of Service Transition and Service Operations ITIL processes
