In this role you will be responsible for working mainly with stakeholders from the business (Sales Representatives, Export & Shipping Responsibles) and external parties to define and document business processes and software requirements in the area of sales, export and GTS.
You will support, implement and coordinate issues, changes, and projects in the OTC environment and the interfacing areas with the ERP System.
Twoje zadania
- 1 Analyzing and defining solutions within the Incident, Change-, Portfolio- and Project-Process
- 2 Understand the business issues and data challenges
- 3 Suggest areas of improvement
- 4 Lead projects and initiatives in the OTC stream area
- 5 Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to the proposed solution
- 6 Develop functional specifications and system design specifications
- 7 Recommend technical solutions
- 8 Managing of the external AMS partner
- 9 Cooperating with consultants from other streams such as FTM, P2P and D2S
- 10 Taking responsibilities in the 2nd and 3rd level support
- 11 Contributing to driving Oerlikon into Digitalization
- 12 Driving for process harmonization and build-up of a global process catalog
Co jest dla nas ważne
- Bachelor in Applied Computer Science, Information Technology or similar
- Experience in the SAP value stream OTC (5+ years)
- Very advanced OTC stream knowledge
- End-to-End Process Customizing and Integration
- Experience and good understanding of related SAP ERP Streams like PTP, D2S, etc.
- Attendances in Full-Circle Implementations
- Professional experience in international projects
- Ideally, experience in planning/execution of migration and rollout projects
