Twoje zadania
- 1 Analyze and define solutions within the Incident, Change-, Portfolio- and Project-Process
- 2 Understand the business issues and data challenges
- 3 Suggest areas of improvement
- 4 Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution
- 5 Develop functional specifications and system design specifications
- 6 Recommend technical solutions
- 7 Coordinate and review configuration activities of SAP SD / CS / GTS and surrounding modules based on business requirements executed by our AMS partne
- 8 Assist in the testing process in order to discover errors and issues in business processes, documentation or user's lack of experience
- 9 Cooperate with consultants from other modules such as MM and Basis
- 10 Look for improvement opportunities in business systems
- 11 Accompany national and international migration and rollout projects
- 12 Compile and monitor overall planning, takes over the project lead if necessary
- 13 Application support and training of end-users
- 14 Solve incidents and supports the key user in writing and evaluating change requests as part of the incident and change management process
- 15 Manage the Team, motivate, control and coach each individual team member
Co jest dla nas ważne
- Bachelor in Applied Computer Science, Information Technology or similar
- Experience in SAP SD / CS / GTS modules (at least 2-5 years)
- Output technologies
- Experience and a good understanding of interfacing SAP ERP Modules: SD, PP
- Experience and a good understanding of SAP ALE/EDI Technology
- E-Commerce
- E-Invoicing
- Willingness to travel between 20 to 40% is prerequisite
